At The Commons, Independent Living means having the freedom to live life on your own terms, surrounded by comfort, convenience, and a welcoming community. Here, you’ll find a place where you can enjoy your independence while knowing that everything you need is right at your doorstep.

We offer two options for Independent Living: Wesley Place Town Homes and Asbury Place Apartments:

For the senior adult that is able to continue an active lifestyle and can live independently, our Wesley Townhomes and Asbury apartments are great living options!

Our townhomes are located on the east side of our campus. A resident pays an entry fee for the town home and down the road, and once they are no longer living in the home, it is resold and 80% of the original entry fee is returned to the resident or their estate.

Our apartments offer the same independent lifestyle but are in a modern two story apartment building connected to our main facility. The apartments do not require an entrance fee or purchase, and are rented on a month to month basis with no long term lease required. Both independent living options include dining in our private dining room, laundry hookups, and major appliances. They also include all lawn care, maintenance, housekeeping services, as well as a variety of community activities!
